Return / Refund Policy
No returns or exchanges of products will be permitted without our prior written consent. We will not consent to a return of a product more than 30 days after the date of purchase, or 10 days after the completion of any services purchased by you relating to such product, whichever is longer. We reserve the right to impose a restocking fee of 25% or more on any item we agree to accept for refund or exchange. All returned items must be 100% complete, in the original and resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), and software. Shipping charges, and fees for services, are not refundable. We recommend that you choose a shipping company that is able to track your package to its destination and that you retain tracking information provided by the shipping company until the refund is credited to your account.
