As an independent consultant my focus is on providing friendly and professional services to my clients. I cover a wide range of products (pretty much anything in a printing plant) and have over 20 years of installs, which help me to be able to integrate almost anything I run into in pressroom or prepress. Many of my services are used directly by manufacturers or graphic arts dealers to perform or troubleshoot installs.
In addition to color management, a good part of my time is spent on troubleshooting and developing PDF workflows, as well as installing and integrating servers and CTP systems. My prior experience includes support of a wide range of rips, scanners and servers.
Prior to working as an independent consultant I have worked in the printing industry in many capacities since 1984. Positions ranged from stripper, small press operator and prepress manager, to Director of the Scitex Color Center, Senior Tech at Bistream, and senior management positions at several large printing companies. I hold a Master of Education from the University of Massachusetts, and over the years have developed a variety of training materials many graphic arts manufacturers.
